Mutant Cell review, Roto Grip Kingdom

Accomplishment: Let me start this with I seldom bowl in the summer. However as a Roto Grip staff member I have an obligation to Roto Grip and myself to review a new ball when it comes out. So I had my new Mutant Cell Pearl drilled out and gave it a test drive on 6/13. Now I must tell you it was practice and it was on the normal house condition that we bowl on all season. I also had not even throw a shot in 1 and 1/2 months. I bowled at the lanes that many times I have carry problems especially 10's and 4's.
I shoe'd up and never even had a warm up shot. I buried the first 8 and carried every one. Then left 3- 10 pins in a row. I figured that my speed had increased so I moved a board out the next game and left another 10 pin. Moved another board got a double. Then threw a bad shot for a 3-6-10 spared and struck out for my 2nd 267 in a row. In the last game I was then just trying to shoot 800 with this brand new ball out of the box. I left 2 more ten pins then a bad count in the 10th frame for 255 and 789.
I have to tell you this ball has great mid-lane read and it goes through the heads with ease. It saved plenty of power for the back-end as you can tell by my story. 28 strikes out of 35 shots. This in a house that for me is 10 pin heaven. The ball is drilled
5x3 with an extra hole below the axis. The carry of this ball was unbelievable only one of the 10's I left felt solid. the others were definite tweeners. This ball will be great for any game but especially for those of us with slower speed and somewhat rev challenged. Give this ball a chance you won't be disappointed. I can hardly wait for the season to begin.
